What's included?
SESSIONS: 8 Sessions per week
Wednesday: Midweek Pickleball Gameplay
Thursday: Football Gamenight
Friday: Basketball with the Sisters (Coaching + Gameplay)
Saturday: Run Club with coaching; Badminton Gameplay, Pickleball Gameplay
Sunday: Football Coaching with the Sisters; Yoga with the Sisters
EVENTS: 2 Sweat Fests + 11 Events for the year
Each month, the SIS team will share a list of events included in the Sole Sister package, along with a poll to choose from. For every event, limited spots will be reserved for our Sole Sisters, and the first to vote in (fastest finger first!) for that event will get to attend it for free.

Monthly event access applies to select events – SIS drops the lineup of included events at the start of each month so you can pick your faves and vibe with what lights you up.
